This top mount / upper mount starter applies to (and is not limited to) 50cc - 140cc horizontal 4 stroke engines. Most commonly used for automatic and semi-auto 90cc and 140cc ATV  and dirtbikes engines. This model has 12 teeth and 3 mounting holes with counter clockwise rotation.  Fits  Katerra  DTX 110 ATV , Katerra DBX 70 dirtbike, many GIO , Tao Tao, Baja , Daymak  dirtbikes, ATVs and Karts with 50cc- 140cc engines.
